Are there health risks like cancers, organs damage, birth defects, etc…, when handling or being around computer processors and memory too much?
There are trace amounts of many toxic compounds sealed inside them. The only toxic compound not always sealed is the lead in the solder. I recommend not rubbing your face with your hands when handling electronic components and washing your hands afterward, but it's really not necessary. In fact, more and more components are now made with no lead at all.
I am studying in Spain next fall and would like to travel a bit before my classes start. I would like to visit France, Italy, Germany and Poland. What are my options for reasonably priced travel? Would it be cheaper to ride by train or fly? Do I have any other options?
"What are my options for reasonably priced travel?"
The eurolines bus, a Eurailpass for the trains, or cheap airlines like Ryanair, Easyjet, and Air Berlin.
"Would it be cheaper to ride by train or fly? Do I have any other options?"
The Eurolines bus is another option.
The train is cheap with a railpass, but expensive otherwise.
Flights really vary in price, but can be very cheap if you are flexible on where and when you fly since there are a lot of discounts at off-peak times. Just keep in mind that some cheap airlines use airports that are far outside of the cities they visit, and it can take a lot of time and money to get to them - I had a London - Amsterdam flight that cost $25 and took one hour, but the total trip from central London to central Amsterdam took a total of eight hours of traveling and $100 because I had to fly through Stansted and Maastricht airports - the cheap airline didn't use the real London and Amsterdam airports.
I’m looking for waterfront (lake/beach) dog friendly lodging in New England. I’m in CT, willing to drive a few hours in any direction.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I’ve tried search engines, but I’d like to get some feed back from others.
Thanks!

I was interested in using my creativity and possibly learning graphic arts concentrated on web developing. What are some good books to learn about graphic arts, art, and web design?
Meggs, History of Graphic Design
Landa, Graphic Design Solutions, also Advertising by Design
Carter, Day and Meggs, Typographic Design
Clair, Busic-Snyder, A Typographic Workbook
Samara, Making and Breaking the Grid
Those books will all give you a good grounding in graphic design, typography and the history of Graphic design. These are the foundations for being a graphic designer.
The software is secondary; once you've studied design concepts, then progress to the software, and web design. If you are going to learn web design, although you can use software that handles the code for you, it's a good idea to get at least a basic grounding in HTML, XHTML and CSS.
How do I braze chicken like in the Chinese restaurants?
I guess I mean braise chicken
I meant just small cut up pieces of chicken boneless not whole pieces. Pork is fine too.
Adobong Manok (Braised Chicken in Tangy Sauce)
· 1 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
· 1/3 cup white vinegar
· 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
· 2 tbsp. crushed garlic
· 2 bay leaf
· salt to taste
· 1/4 tsp. pepper (or 1 tsp. peppercorn)
· water
· 2 tbsp oil
In a deep skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tbsp. garlic, bay leaf, salt (to taste), pepper (or peppercorn) and water. Stir to blend and then add into the brown chicken.
Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and allow simmering uncovered for about 10 minutes. If the sauce is reduced add about 1/2 cup water.
Cover and continue simmering until chicken is tender. Remove meat, reserving the sauce.
In another pan, sauté remaining garlic until it becomes fragrant. Add the chicken and fry until light brown. Add in the adobo sauce.
Remove from heat. Transfer into a serving dish. Serve hot.
