How can i buy a home in vero beach florida with nothing down?

I am 20 years old i make 26,500$ a year and im looking to buy a home i have a cell phone bill on my credit for about 800$ bucks thats all i have no idea how to go about buying a home ive already found a home in vero price is 44,900$ i have no idea what to do can anyone help me?

Because of the economic and banking crises I doubt that anyone will give you a mortgage with no money down..On top of that we are talking FLORIDA which is one of the hardest hit housing markets…Then we are talking a house that is pretty cheap….This is begging for a cash deal…..You can try an FHA loan which requires a 3% down payment…If you cant raise $1500 for a down payment–you are not ready to own and need to save your money…..Like I said –Florida has taken a beating housing wise so I expect deals to be around for awhile. How can i buy a home in vero beach florida with nothing down?
