Poker Run Feb. 5 with $1,000 prize and goal to raise money for a new homeless shelter

The ‘Hurricane Saturday’ Poker Run on Feb. 5 hopes to raise money for a homeless shelter specifically for veterans. The event is sponsored by Vietnam Veterans and Legacy Veterans Motorcycle Club, Treasure Coast Harley Davidson and Philip DeBerard, Injury Attorney. Motorcycle Poker Runs will leave from Barracuda’s in Okeechobee, American Legion Post 394 in Palm Bay, Ralph’s Stand Up Bar in Jupiter, American Legion Post 40 in Fort Pierce and Treasure Coast Harley Davidson at 10 a.m., with the last card dealt by noon. Local riders can purchase poker hands the day of the event at Treasure Coast Harley Davidson.
