Real estate price rises in Delhi

Bad news for home buyers in Delhi, real estate prices shot up further with the Delhi Government giving its nod today to enhance circle rates by up to 250 per cent. Sources in the Government claimed that the hike had become inevitable as actual rates of properties are not show on paper due to which, the Government suffers loss in revenue in stamp duty and registration fees.
