   i don’t think that’s the case. when morgaine le fay turned them into kids, she changed their physical age, but left their skills, abilities, and mental attributes intact (their kid personalities probably reflect their true, pure natures, which are quite funny!). Otherwise, bruce/batboy wouldn’t be as smart or as agile, and superboy’s powers wouldn’t be as developed, and diana wouldn’t be as well trained or strong.
